1. Information We Collect

• Identity & Contact Information: name, father's/husband's name, email, mobile number(s), date of birth, occupation, photograph.
• Government ID: Aadhar number, for identity verification as required for payouts and compliance.
• Address Details: residential and correspondence address, including nominee details where applicable.
• Financial Information: bank account number, IFSC, and account holder name, used solely to process your withdrawals.
• Documents: identity proof, address proof, and bank passbook images you upload for verification.
• Account & Usage Data: login activity, transaction history, network/team structure, device and session information, and cookies used to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Membership/Cashback account.
• To verify your identity and bank details before releasing any withdrawal.
• To calculate and credit network income, cashback, and commission as per our Network Rules.
• To communicate service updates, payment confirmations, and support responses.
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.
• To comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. Uploaded documents and bank details are accessible only to you and to authorized administrators for verification purposes. 6. Your Rights

• You may access and update most of your profile information directly from your account.
• Changes to critical details (name, Aadhar, DOB) require a verified change request, to protect against fraud.
• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account, by writing to helpline@moneybachat.com — subject to our obligation to retain certain records (e.g. transaction and KYC records) as required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for as long as required to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations or to resolve disputes.

8. Children's Privacy

This Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
