1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including identity (Aadhar) and bank details where requested, for verification and payout purposes.
• One individual may hold only one active Membership account and one Cashback account unless explicitly permitted otherwise.

2. Our Programs

2.1 Membership Program

Members pay a recurring monthly subscription to remain active. Active members may build a direct/team network as per the Network Rules published on this Website, and may become eligible for level-wise income strictly in accordance with those rules, subject to verification.

2.2 Cashback Card Program

Members may purchase one or more cashback cards. Cashback/commission accrues as per the applicable card's published terms and the member's network activity, and is credited to the member's in-platform wallet subject to verification.

2.3 No Guaranteed Returns

All income, cashback, and commission on this Platform is activity-based and depends on genuine network growth and card/membership activity. We do not guarantee any fixed, minimum, or risk-free return. Past earnings shown by any member are not indicative of future results. This Platform is not an investment product, deposit scheme, or chit fund.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at helpline@moneybachat.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

• All payments made on the Platform (monthly subscription, card purchase, etc.) are processed through our listed payment gateway partners.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only after your identity and bank documents are verified, and are subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines shown on your dashboard.
• We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a policy violation, or incorrect bank details.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake, duplicate, or benami (name-lending) accounts to manipulate network earnings.
• Misrepresenting the Platform's programs as guaranteed-return investment schemes while recruiting others.
• Uploading false identity or bank documents.
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Website, mobile app, or APIs.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unverified/pending earnings, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including the Money Bachat Supermart name, logo, design, and software — is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at your own request. You may close your account at any time by writing to us; any pending verified balance will be settled as per our standard withdrawal process.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Palamu, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
